Mariä Himmelfahrt describes itself: “Die Pfarrei Mariä Himmelfahrt Mainz-Weisenau heißt Sie willkommen.” Mass follows the familiar Catholic rhythm of readings, homily, and Eucharist. Visitors are welcome to participate as they're comfortable; non-Catholics typically remain seated or come forward for a blessing during Communion.
